Request deletion without the app
Even if you deleted the app or cannot sign in, you can request deletion using the email below. Include your linked email or account ID shown in My. If your device account has no email, we can explain how to identify the account and verify ownership. Do not send sign-in keys or verification codes. We will reply if further ownership verification is needed.

Delete directly in the app
- Sign in to LAYER.
- Select Delete account in My.
- Read the notice and confirm deletion.
Information deleted
We delete or de-identify sign-in information, account email and nickname, profile, dreams, goals, actions, habit records, AI planning history and account-linked activity. Deleted records cannot be recovered; export any records you want to keep from the app first.
Purchases and subscriptions
Account deletion does not cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play. To stop renewals, cancel through your store’s subscription settings. You can request account deletion regardless of whether you cancel a subscription.
Transaction identifiers, amounts and access-change records needed for legal retention obligations or payment disputes may be kept separately. Purchase information retained by the store follows that store’s policy.
